Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC 2016)

One of our partners, CA Ashish Saoji is an Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) wherein he can act in various capacities as specified under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC 2016). He is empanelled with State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, IDBI Bank, SEBI & IBBI (for limited period) to act as IPR/RP/Liquidator.

  • Interim Resolution Professional in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of any Corporate Debtor
  • Resolution Professional in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of any Corporate Debtor
  • Liquidator in the Liquidation Process of any Corporate Debtor
  • Liquidator in the process of Voluntary Liquidation of a Corporate Debtor under section 59 of the Code
  • Resolution Professional in Fresh Start Process under Chapter II of the Code
  • Resolution Professional in Insolvency Resolution Process of Individuals, Proprietorship Concerns and Partnership Firms under Chapter III of the Code (as and when notified)
  • Bankruptcy Trustee in the Bankruptcy process of any Individual or Partnership Firm (as and when notified)
  • Advisor to Resolution Applicant: As per the code, resolution applicant is required to submit resolution plan on the basis of information memorandum to the resolution professional who shall present the same to Committee of Creditors. We assist and advise in preparing the Resolution Plan (compliant with IBC 2016) for the prospective resolution applicants.
